On October 22, 2024, the Pasolini Hall in Udine hosted a meeting dedicated to presenting the preliminary results of the EDURES Pilot Project, aimed at assessing and enhancing the resilience of educational ecosystems in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The EDURES Working Group Meeting in Verona (4-6 September 2024) provided a platform for sharing best practices between two ongoing EDURES pilot projects in Albania (in Tirana and Durres) and Italy (in the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region, specifically Tolmezzo and Cividale del Friuli).
Since the launch of the Council of Europe’s EDURES Pilot Project in Spring 2024, significant strides have been made in implementing the toolkit designed to enhance education during emergencies and crises.
On 3 July 2024, the Council of Europe officially launched the piloting of its “Education in Times of Emergencies and Crisis Toolkit – EDURES” in Tirana.
A peer exchange and a joint working group comprised of representatives of the Albanian authorities, Council of Europe experts and Secretariat took place in Vienna on 24-25 April 2024.
The first operational workshops of the EDURES Pilot Action in Friuli Venezia Giulia will take place on 15 and 17 of April 2024.
On 24 March 2024, the second informative meeting of the EDURES Pilot Action in Friuli Venezia Giulia was held in digital mode.
A launch of regional piloting of the Council of Europe’s toolkit on Education at times of emergencies and crisis started in Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
A kickoff meeting launching the piloting phase of the CoE Toolkit on Education at times of Emergencies and Crisis took place at the Council of Europe Office in Paris on 31 January -1 February 2024.
