15/04/2024 Friuli Venezia Giulia (Italy)
The first operational workshop of the EDURES Pilot Action in Friuli Venezia Giulia will take place on 15 April 2024. This first moment of practical experimentation will take place at the ISIS Paolino d’Aquileia, one of the 3 participating high schools for the Cividale del Friuli area, together with the Convitto Nazionale Paolo Diacono and the Istituto Comprensivo di Cividale del Friuli.
Hands on EDURES!
On this occasion, the school leaders, assisted by ISIG experts, will familiarise themselves with the EDURES materials, in particular with the automated self-assessment tool that is the heart of the toolkit. Furthermore, they will acquire the necessary information to carry out an initial mapping and assessment of stakeholders within and outside the education system, aimed at the creation of the Educational Resilience Task Force (ERT).
The formation of this ERT is in fact the first fundamental step for the implementation of EDURES. The ERT will be composed of stakeholders who, by bringing knowledge and expertise from inside and outside the educational system, can contribute to the process of self-assessment of the resilience of the learning environment.
Next steps
A parallel workshop will then take place on 17 April at the premises of ISIS Paschini-Linussio, to focus on the area of Tolmezzo and, here as well, to foster the estabishment of a local ERT for the further implementation of EDURES.
