Kjo arrihet p\u00ebrmes zbatimit t\u00eb gjasht\u00eb parimeve themelore p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e ekosistemeve arsimore t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga nj\u00eb paket\u00eb mjetesh q\u00eb merr parasysh kontekste dhe lloje t\u00eb ndryshme emergjencash dhe krizash.<\/p>\n<p>Takimi i Grupit t\u00eb Pun\u00ebs EDURES n\u00eb Verona (4-6 shtator 2024) ofroi nj\u00eb platform\u00eb p\u00ebr shk\u00ebmbimin e praktikave t\u00eb mira midis dy projekteve pilot EDURES aktualisht n\u00eb zhvillim: nj\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri (n\u00eb zonat e Tiran\u00ebs dhe Durr\u00ebsit) dhe nj\u00eb n\u00eb Itali (n\u00eb Rajonin Autonom t\u00eb Friulit Venezia Giulia, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Tolmezzo dhe Cividale del Friuli). Takimi kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim forcimin e rrjeteve midis k\u00ebtyre projekteve p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur q\u00ebllimin kryesor: garantimin e arsimit cil\u00ebsor dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebs gjat\u00eb emergjencave. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit ndan\u00eb p\u00ebrvoja, zhvilluan zgjidhje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe p\u00ebrshtat\u00ebn paket\u00ebn e mjeteve n\u00eb kontekste lokale duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb aktor\u00ebt kryesor\u00eb n\u00eb procesin e vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimit dhe zhvillimit t\u00eb strategjis\u00eb EDURES.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga institucione t\u00eb ndryshme shqiptare mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb Avokatin e Popullit, Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit dhe Sportit, Agjencin\u00eb e Sigurimit t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb Sistemit t\u00eb Arsimit Parauniversitar, Agjencin\u00eb e Arsimit Parauniversitar, Kryqin e Kuq Shqiptar dhe Bashkin\u00eb e Durr\u00ebsit. Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit italian\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb figura ky\u00e7e nga Sh\u00ebrbimi i Arsimit, Orientimit dhe t\u00eb Drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb Studiuar dhe Drejtoria Qendrore p\u00ebr Pun\u00ebsimin, Formimin, Arsimin dhe Familjen e Rajonit Autonom t\u00eb Friulit Venezia Giulia, q\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr realizimin e projektit pilot.<\/p>\n<p>Diskutimet gjat\u00eb takimit mbuluan disa fusha kryesore. S\u00eb pari, grupi u p\u00ebrqendrua n\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatjen e Paket\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjeteve EDURES me nevojat lokale, duke siguruar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfshirjen e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuar. S\u00eb dyti, ata eksploruan hartimin e qasjeve pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse p\u00ebr krijimin e Task Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb EDURES, duke theksuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e proceseve gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb aktor\u00ebt n\u00eb arsim, qeverisje dhe shoq\u00ebri civile. P\u00ebrvoja e Friulit Venezia Giulia tregoi se nj\u00eb qasje me shum\u00eb aktor\u00eb leht\u00ebson zbatimin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb EDURES dhe mund\u00ebson zhvillimin e strategjive t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb URSO (T\u00eb Dobishme, Relevante, t\u00eb Q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb Zot\u00ebruara), duke shfryt\u00ebzuar plot\u00ebsisht potencialin e arsimit p\u00ebr menaxhimin e krizave. S\u00eb fundmi, takimi identifikoi sinergjit\u00eb midis projekteve pilot dhe p\u00ebrcaktoi hapat e ardhsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin e ardhsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb forcimin e rrjeteve dhe realizimin e aktiviteteve p\u00ebr rritjen e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit p\u00ebr EDURES n\u00eb nivel lokal, komb\u00ebtar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.
