P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, si n\u00eb rastin e RFCDC, p\u00ebr EDURES kompetenca p\u00ebr rezilienc\u00eb konsiderohet si \u201cnj\u00eb term holistik q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin p\u00ebrzgjedhjen, aktivizimin dhe organizimin e \u201ckompetencave\u201d dhe zbatimin e k\u00ebtyre kompetencave n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb koordinuar, adaptive dhe dinamike n\u00eb situata konkrete\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ashtu si n\u00eb rastin e kompetencave demokratike, edhe burimet e nevojshme p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kompetencave p\u00ebr rezilienc\u00eb mund t\u00eb identifikohen si vlera, q\u00ebndrime, aft\u00ebsi dhe njohuri & kuptim kritik.
